Our Staff



The pride and professionalism of the office staff at Abington Reproductive Medicine is demonstrated by the supportive, caring attitudes they display and the outstanding quality of their work. Rarely does a day go by without at least one of our patients complimenting our staff members on their compassionate demeanor and effective communication skills.

Our office staff consists of registered nurses, as well as administrative and insurance experts. Each member of our nursing staff not only has In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) experience, but also is certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility nursing. In addition, our nurses make it a point to attend local and national conferences and pursue advanced training through our continuing education programs.

Our office manager, insurance manager and receptionist have extensive experience with all of the infertility procedures we offer and will expertly guide you through the insurance and financial aspects of infertility treatment.

Aimee Weston, R.N.C. – Clinical Nursing Director
Aimee graduated from the Abington Memorial Hospital School of Nursing 1993 and holds an advanced certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nursing. Previously, she was an IVF nurse at the Abington IVF and Genetics, Toll Center for Reproductive Sciences and a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Abington Memorial Hospital. A member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Nurses Professional Group and the Philadelphia Area Reproductive Endocrinology Nursing Society, Aimee has been with Abington Reproductive Medicine since 1997.





Liz Manno, R.N. – Nurse Manager
A graduate of the Lankenau Hospital School of Nursing, Liz worked as critical care and labor and delivery nurse at Abington Memorial Hospital for 17 years before joining Abington Reproductive Medicine in 2000. She is a member of the Philadelphia Area Reproductive Endocrinology Nursing Society.







Dawn Marie Haas, B.S.N., R.N.
Dawn is a graduate of DeSalles University. Before joining Abington Reproductive Medicine in 1995, she worked as a Registered Nurse Certified in Critical Care. Dawn is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the Philadelphia Area Reproductive Endocrinology Nursing Society.












Sue Seybert, B.S.N. R.N.
Sue has been with Abington Reproductive Medicine since 1999. A graduate of Penn State University, she is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the Philadelphia Area Reproductive Endocrinology Nursing Society. Sue has experience in Dialysis, Labor and Delivery at Abington Memorial Hospital and is an IVF nurse at the Toll Center for Reproductive Sciences.











Wendy McIntyre, R.N., B.S.N.
A graduate of the Abington Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Wendy received her bachelor of science in nursing degree from Immaculata University. An experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse, she has been at Abington Reproductive Medicine since 2003.












Rosanne B. Keep, MS, Certified Genetic Counselor
Prior to joining Abington Reproductive Medicine, Rosanne worked for 6 years as a genetic counselor at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. She holds a master's degree in genetic counseling from Arcadia University and a bachelor's degree in biology from Muhlenberg College. Rosanne has been practicing genetic counseling since 2000.










Joan Young, R.N.
A graduate of the Frankford Hospital School of Nursing, Joan has over 12 years of experience in the reproductive endocrinology and fertility fields. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational dynamics from Immaculata College.














Paula Amelia Nice, R.N., B.S.N. - Research Study Coordinator
With over 25 years of nursing experience, Paula has worked in a variety of OB/GYN and IVF settings, including Rolling Hill Hospital in Elkins Park, Abington Memorial Hospital and Abington IVF and Genetics at the Toll Center for Reproductive Sciences. Paula earned her nursing degree from Holy Family College.       She later completed the Perinatal Continuing Education Program at the Albert Einstein Medical Center.






Dawn Davidson, B.S.N., R.N.
A graduate of the Holy Family College School of Nursing, Dawn has been with Abington Reproductive Medicine since 1995. Previously a fertility and IVF nurse, she has extensive gynecology and obstetrical nursing experience and is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the Philadelphia Area Reproductive Endocrinology Nursing Society.




Jean Conlin, R.N., B.S.N.
Jean’s previous nursing experience includes telemetry, bone marrow transplant and case management. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing and has been with Abington Reproductive Medicine since 2003.

Sharon A. Banks, R.N., M.S.N., C.R.N.P.
Previously of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Sharon has extensive experience working in labor and delivery, as well as with postpartum and perinatal patients. Since 1999, she has worked in the Toll Center for Reproductive Sciences at Abington Memorial Hospital. A graduate of the master’s of science in nursing program at Drexel University, Sharon is certified in adult and infant CPR, neonatal resuscitation and advanced cardiac life support. She is also a Certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner and a member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses; the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association; the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health; and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

Charlene Murdoch, R.N.
Charlene is a graduate of Abington Memorial Hospital Dixon School of Nursing. Before joining Abington Reproductive Medicine in 2008, she worked as a Registered Nurse Certified in Inpatient Obstetrics in Labor and Delivery at Abington Memorial Hospital. Charlene is a member of The Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses.

For Counseling and support needs, Abington Reproductive Medicine is pleased to offer our patients free support groups sessions with Lynn J. Cohen.

Lynn J. Cohen, MSS LCSW
Lynn Cohen has been in private practice since 1982. She has earned her masters degree from the Bryn Mawr College of Social Work followed by ongoing advanced specialty training.  She holds the additional credentials of Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Qualified Clinical Social Worker and is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers and the National Association of Social Workers.
 
With over 26 years serving adults, children, adolescents, couples and families, Lynn has become a well respected clinician in the tri-state area.  She is known for her exceptional therapy skills coupled with a considerate and caring manner.  Lynn specializes in individual and group support for infertility.
